乳化液泵站供液方案的研究与优化

Study and Optimization of Fluid Supplying Method for Emulsion Pump Station

摘要: 为保证工作面液压系统可靠、经济、高效运行,讨论了当前的乳化液供液方案存在的不足,建立了液压支架动作时的数学模型,分析了支架不同动作对流量的需求。为了满足支架不同动作时对流量的不同需求,提出了一种基于支架动作识别从而实现流量匹配的供液方案。用AMESim与MATLAB/Simulink完成对乳化液供液过程的联合仿真,从而验证新供液方案的合理性及优越性。

Abstract: The disadvantages of current emulsion supplying methods are discussed, the mathematical model of hydraulic support movement is established and the flow-rate demands of different operations on hydraulic support are analyzed. In order to meet the different flow-rate demands of different operations on hydraulic support, a new emulsion supplying method is proposed, which is based on the identification of the types of the operations on hydraulic support and can provide a matching flow-rate. For proving the reasonability and superiority of this new emulsion supplying methods, AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink are employed to accomplish a joint simulation of the emulsion supplying process.
